World`s cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant

In Singapore, a hawker stall called Hawker Chan has made its way into the pages of the world-renowned red guide-book for gourmands, where a Michelin star dish, namely, the Soy Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodles, can be bought for just 2 US dollars. Having won the «star», its chef Chan Hon Meng, however, remains profoundly puzzled as to whether it’s been a blessing or a curse. The queue to his eatery since then has tripled in length, he sells now twice as much meat, but he is forced to work 18 hours a day because of his new found popularity.
