First person to blow up a balloon through his eyes

Nguyen Van Dieu`s  skills include snorting water or milk up his nose then forcing it out through his eyes. The projected distance strongly depends on Nguyen Van Dieu`s  health condition, however, it may reach as far as 3 meters. Moreover, Nguyen Van Dieu  can blow up an air balloon, or plastic bags through his eyes, or he can extinguish a candle with them.
