Heaviest gingerbread cake

The heaviest gingerbread cake was made at the City Day of Dnipro during a presentation organised by the Restaurateur  Association.  For readers obsessed with expanding their recipe banks, the cake weighed 922 kg, contained 1200 eggs and covered an area of 46 square meters of the Dnieper embankment.
