The first drawing of 25-year-old Oleksandr Kucheriavyi ​​from Kyiv made with a ballpoint pen appeared in his school notebook. When he grew up he was struck with an idea to draw the city of his dream, where everyone lives a happy life. Oleksandr has used 17 ballpoint pens to complete the drawing of the city that measures 4.5 square meters. The whole infrastructure is very well thought of, all architectural objects are completely authentic: stadium, schools, univercity, business centers, etc. Everyone gets an apartment in this city free of charge.
