Most chicken wings cooked in one frying pan

The largest number of chicken wings cooked in one frying pan is 2273, they were fried on 8 October 2016 at Pokrovskiy Fair in Zaporizhia. The wings were marinaded with 70 l of sauce, 30 kg of vegetables, 30 kg of seasonings, spices, herbs and garlic, and fried in a frying pan which measured 2 m in diameter and 0.24 m in height. After verification of the record, 250 kg of fried chiken wings were handed out to journalists, cameramen, chefs, and to all those eyewitnessing  preparation of the dish of the day.
