Fastest speed in Dallara F3 racing car on ice surface

Serhiy Malyk, the founder and the president of Kyiv City Automobile Club,  achieved 112 km/h driving Dallara F3 racing car.on the ice surface at the motor show organised on Soniashne Lake in Kyiv.
