Since his childhood, Valdir Segato from Sao Paulo admired Arnold Schwarzenegger films and dreamed of having the same muscular body. However, one day, he realized that he would never reach his aim by only physical exercising and decided to inject synthol into his muscles instead to make them grow naturally. Valdir finally did succeed — his upper arm circumference reached 62 cm. When Valdir was a boy, people from his neighborhood nicknamed him the Skinny Dog for being too thin. Today, though, they changed his name to the Big Monster.
